Miss Grieves has shared this great video with us about her recent experiences at a yoga retreat in Spain. Quite where Jen finds the time to do yoga whilst training for a half marathon and a bike ride to Paris, on top of the day-to-day activities of a busy, work-loving twenty-something in London, is a bit of a mystery. It’s brilliant to see her positive attitude and it’s quite infectious…
